Good afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else. I've come down with a heck of a cold that is really taking it out of me. Keeping an upper hand on it, but it is still the pits.
Been out on the tractor trying to level out some sage rat's mounds as well as clean up some small brush before it gets to be big brush and out of control.
Originally thought we would go back to the Valley on Sunday. Then we started thinking we could wait until Tuesday. Now, Dear Sister has started raising more hate and discontent so we need to get back Sunday.
So much fun.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. We did not head back to the valley today as we thought we would. Cold just flat got the better of me. Then, just to add insult to injury, I was attacked by a loan yellow jacket (?) who stung me on the top of my head. One of the very few times I ventured outside without a hat on and this happens.
Anyhow, since I have that appointment on the farm with Dear Sister at 10 AM in the morning, we'll have to leave here no later than 0500. I have to get home and print some pictures out before our meeting with her.

The traffic dropped quite a bit after Labor Day, still busy Friday through Sunday.

Buenos Dias.
Made it back home at 0215 this morning and back at the office at 0645. Figured I should be rested enough to jump back into the grinder.
Good times were had. Way too much food and libations were consumed. just 24 hours ago I was floating around a pool listening to ocean waves crash on the beach. Oh and I have way too many clothes on....so confining.
