No, I won't be able to make it......We are going to be in Pendleton for our first tractor and engine show of the summer. Maybe next year I can make it.
Good morning everyone. Suiting up to do battle with a mole. It’s been defeating me up to now, it left for a few days and yesterday came back with huge mound. I think it’s laughing at me
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 50.8 with overcast. Weather guessers are saying there might be some patches of drizzle before 11.
Leaving for the meeting at the ODFW building in Salem in just under an hour. Even if they picked a rotten weekend for it, it might be interesting as a couple of the agenda items will be IP 43 and 44.
Morning Evan, Skimr, Jim and those to follow.
Wayne maybe we can make an adjustment to the date for the GTG so you can make it.
Evan going to the Zoo on a long weekend, good luck to you.
Skimr no mole's here too much rock so ideas for help.
Jim give them ****.
Jackie and I enjoyed ourselves, too. I don’t like crowds much either, but for the most part we could just wait a couple minutes and it would clear out.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Got home from Salem after the meetings. Time for dinner. In the morning we have to decorate graves in two cemeteries and then get to PDX to pickup mother. They are supposed to have a wheel chair for her and bring her from the plane up to the 'Public' area where we can meet her. We ran into some "resistance" to us meeting her on the arrival concourse last trip and then they screwed up and did not have a wheel chair for her nor escort her to the Public receiving area.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Dawned bright and sunny. Been picking some flowers and getting ready to head to a couple of the cemeteries. I guess we'll hit 3 of them this morning and then continue on to PDX. That should be an extremely fun drive today.
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Made it to 3 cemeteries this morning and then took off for PDX. Was worried about traffic as the last 3 or for times we've gone up there it has taken a couple of hours to get from 205/I5 to the Airport or I84. Today, it was no problem. Squirted right through and I don't think I took it off of cruise a single time on 205 until we hit the Airport exit. So we spent an hour and a half 'window shopping' at IKEA and still got to the airport 45 minutes early. Turned out that was a good thing as the flight arrived 20 minutes early.
Trip home had a little heavier traffic, but still not as bad as it could have been. Made it to Cabela's and picked up a couple of things I needed there including the 4 compartment coated nuts for us to pick on the rest of the way home. Stopped at IHOP in Mac and got mother some dinner and then took her on out to the farm.
Good morning everyone. Spending time reflecting on those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. We owe them and those they left behind so much. It’s easy to forget that freedom comes at a great cost and to take for granted all those freedoms. We can never forget.
