Blahh Monday morning!
Morning Pat, Andy and those to follow.
According to the weather guessers today will be the one nice day of the next seven.
Currently 40.1° with a forecast of high of 65° today.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Wet with a heavy fog. Temp is currently going the wrong direction. Down to 38.2 from 39 just a little while ago.
Morning all. What a wet weekend! Drug the boat with me today for a delivery to a top shop after work to get some work done. Boat hasn't moved since September but spending money on it anyway...not sure how bright I am. B.O.A.T.
Which top shop you headed to? We sure like our top! It gives us quite a few options from complete convertible, cockpit only, cockpit-main deck or full cabin. Keeps us dry and when we are really silly, warm. I can also do quite a job on helping to keep the interior nice and the bilge pump hours very low.
A guy in Hillsboro. I came across his booth at the sportsman show. Price was reasonable and I don't have to wait 8 months. I need an aft curtain to keep the rain, leaves, and junk out plus I can use it to camp under. I also need a few repairs and need to modify a towing bra to fit around the anchor nest I put on. 2 miles of gravel road is taking it's toll on the paint. Since I have it a may as well make it usable.

We love the back curtain that gives us a full cabin. We can drop everything down to "full cabin" fire up the Mr. Buddy heater or the camp stove with a pot of coffee on and wear sweatshirts with the sleeves rolled up while the ice builds up and others in open boats are wearing such heavy coats they can't cast. Not usually out in that kind of weather much anymore, but the High Cascades can have some chilly weather in July and especially in September or October. Here a some examples from last September. Would you believe that the day before we had been in short sleeve T-Shirts and sweating?
She was telling me it was time for the heater...
I've got a problem with the anchor nest when I have the travel cover on. been using an ice cream bucket to cover the nose of the nest.
