Good soggy morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 38 and raining cats and dogs.
Jackie is a nurse Roy so I suspect she does, has a pair of scissors, and the Marine could be in trouble.
Not sure about Evan Roy. He's a Marine - they think birth control goes over the flash suppressor on their rifle, not the gun, but they may still teach the uses in boot camp!?!?....
