Got my beamtechs today. Took about 25 minutes to install. Did not have to remove the wiper fluid bottle neck. The OEM bulbs were in tight. I needed a 2 step stool to get high enough above the lights for enough leverage to twist them out. All four bulbs left the seal on the mount point.
Removed the seals and installed the LEDs. Gonna wait for the sun to go down to see the light pattern they throw. Now I need LEDs for the fogs.

I’ve re-read this thread over & couldn’t find an answer to BLISS equipped tail lights. I pulled a rear tail light off the other night to see if the BLISS tail light was any different from a non-BLISS one. I came across a metal plate over the reverse section. I was short on time so I put the tail light back on without investigating the metal plate. Is there a bulb under the plate that can be replaced with an LED?

There’s a bulb behind that metal plate. I used this bulb on my bliss tail lights.

I've been running the Auxbeams now for about a year, They were much better than the Halogens but didn't seem to have much difference on the high beam side. Been reading all the posts on the Beamtech's, Ordered a set yesterday and they came same day delivery, Installed them this morning and was very surprised at the outcome tonight. Low beams are 100% better than the Auxbeams, and the high beams are also 100% better, a big difference compared . Also the fact that there silent is another Plus. Worth every penny !!! If your on the fence, best 70.00 you can spend.

I might be exiled from the forum if things ever go south with these lights!

I wonder if those fogs are a little sub par or if the brightness of the Beamtechs kind of nullifies them? I was never a big fog light user anyway, I mainly bought the LED fogs to match my lower headlights because both the lower headlights and fogs are on for DRL. It looked kinda funny with nice white headlights and the yellowish fogs on DRL.

Not a problem with these Alla fogs, Beamtech in the mains, Alla in the fogs. Fogs 1600 lumen each. A few are running the Alla fogs, I'm one of them, love them.

As stated, fogs aren't that big of a deal to me. Just not required as much since the Beamtechs.

I bought Beamtech 9005 headlight bulbs for the fog lights, same color and really bright.

Yes, I put 9005 bulbs in my fog lights. You have to be careful putting the bulb in, it's a tighter fit than the recommended bulb. One of the tabs are slightly larger and I've seen tips that you should trim off some of one tab, but I didn't have to modify the bulb.
