There's actually three values that need to be changed in Forscan. "Outage" to "No Outage" for Front, Rear, and I think the third one is ABM? It tripped me up the first time because I just did front and rear and then hyperflash returned after driving for a couple of minutes.
Forgot about that 3rd one. The change is from Outage ABM to No Outage. Somewhere in this lengthy thread is a video that jsavelli posted. I thinks it's about 44 minutes long, but if I remember correctly the FORScan programming info starts at about the 32 minute mark.

I do notice this. A fantastic low beam, but high beam a little more diffused than I'd like. Still better than factory halogens, but room for improvement.
I think when I get a good weather evening where the temps are warm enough to stick some blue masking tape on the garage door I'll try some readjustment.
Has anyone done an LED conversion on the rest of the lights? I'm trying to find bulbs that fit and work in our trucks, preferably from the same company, to replace the regular bulbs in a Lariat. Some are regular, others are LED. I want them all LED and not have hyper flash or radio problems. Some LEDs are cheap and flicker, come DOA, are too bright or not bright enough. I've only used OPT7 and a cheapo brand from Kmart previously, both worked well however.
I went to advanced auto parts, and they have a wide variety of Sylvania Vevo LED bulbs on the rack. I got all the bulbs for my 3rd brake light and cargo lights, I got reverse lights, and plate lights all for about $75.00 and they have a really nice color, they match the puddle lights on my mirrors nicely. The beamtechs are my next upgrade.
I like the Sylvania Zevos, The other brands brake light bulbs didn't have enough difference between Running lights and brake lite bightness. And the clear bulbs turn the brake light pink. The other brand led bulbs were really bright as running lights, I wanted Bright brake lights.
Every light on my truck is LED now. Mixed bag brand wise. As everyone knows, I started with Beamtech headlights. Then went as follows:
• Alla 9145 fog lights
• SuperBright red tail/brake light bulbs
• Some Amazon generic T10/194 for the license plate lights
• Alla switchback for front signal/parking lights. (White when in the running or parking lamp mode, they flash amber when using the turn signals)
• Headlight Revolution reverse lights
• SuperBright front side marker lights
• The truck had factory LED for cab marker and 3rd brake/cargo lights.
I killed the hyperflash with FORScan after replacing the signal lights. There are 2 individual spots for front & rear to edit.
I wasn't concerned about all being the same brand, as I didn't do it as an all in one project. I also discovered that sometimes the lower priced or off brands do the same job as more expensive alternatives.
As far as colors, SuperBright's website and their email support people recommend using the same color LED bulb as the lens it will work with.
I figured going with the same brand would help ensure they would have the same color temp and brightness but that is probably wishful thinking anyhow.
I'm tracking that I would need the following:
4x H13 headlights
2x 9140 fog lights
2x W5W front side marker lights
2x T20 front turn signal/parking lights
6x 3157 rear brake/turn signal/marker lights
2x W21W back up lights
2x 168 license plate
3x 912 cargo/third brake light
Look about right? 6 3157's?
My other concern is that the same bulb may fit a bunch of different sockets but maybe the dimensions are different and they won't fit. I guess it is trial and error since there are so many different bulbs and brands.

I get 4 3157's for the rear tail/brake/signal lights. SuperBright shows a 7440/7443 (depending on which temperature you like) for the reverse lights.
The chart shows 3157 for rear side marker light, but I don't recall having those. Maybe tomorrow I'll go out and look.
I also took the plunge with beamtech. Just finished the install. Quite happy with the results.
I didnt read back through all the posts, but many thanks to whoever mentioned to make sure you get the red gasket from the old lights. Three out of four stayed in the housing. That would have driven me crazy had I not known to make sure they were removed before installing the new lights.

if you want to replace the bulbs in the vanity mirrors you need 29mm 6614 bulbs (total of 4).
