I made a bootable USB with High Sierra earlier, it's how I booted and formatted the new drive, then used Time Machine to bring everything back. But everything was done to the new 2T HDD.
Ouch!!! Sorry to hear about that Will... Fortunately you had the universal filter wrench handy... Now your Wife is thinking: what else is he hiding out there in the garage??!
bummer on the bicept.... you can open them jars a little easier with a butter knife under the lip... little prying will break the vacuum suction making it easier to open..
I just poke the snowflakes by asking them how much THEY are spending to support Wildlife management and habitat improvement. Its fun when you can prove tat you are doing MORE for a “shared” cause than they are.
After being a Hunter Education Instructor for 29 years, I hope that I can carry the conversation positively.
It's just like the people protesting the Shell drilling rig that was up in Seattle. Most if not all of the ones in the water were in Yellow or Blue PLASTIC
kayaks with there synthetic personal floatation devices. Bitching about OIL and the DRILLING RIG. Maybe they should ditch the plastic stuff for
some thing made from skins or trees. It hard to find things that do not have a component or two made from oil products.
Then we have peta but I won't go there right now. Well maybe a little bit and you can look this up to verify it.
Most of the pets that they take in never come back out. They put them down.

Yes Sean, part of your state are getting really bad as well. WA is one of my favorites to visit, family in Skagit Valley and up by Lynden..........but even those places are starting to see the SJW type soy boys, sad really.
What gets me is a lot of these protests you are starting to see.......those people are actually PAID protesters, something the lame stream media won't discuss.
This country is reaching a boiling point I fear, where we used to be able to have civil disagreements we now are starting to see the makings of civil war type behavior.

The same discussion we are currently having within our family.

Between that and the anarchist thugs I really don't like where things are heading.
I can't post this in the "what I did with my 6.0..." thread because I only checked the rat trap under the hood, then drove the Expy up the hill to get a haircut and ran into a friend and had lunch with him and the Fire Chief and Lt Chief. Then I came home and vacuumed out the spider webs on my bobcat, so I could go down and clear the mess the power company (PG&E for those of you in CA), left when they cut down a 30" diameter pine, and left the whole thing in 4' or longer chunks on the street and most in the drainage ditch.
Well, once again I thank the powers above that granted me the authority to purchase a root grapple for the Bobcat -- 2 full hauls up the driveway and across the pasture (I'm leaving the uphill and downhill parts out for you flatlanders). Get done and go to sweep off the street, and oh my goodness do we have a hydraulic leak on the 25 year old bobcat! Nice trails of fluid up the driveway... Damn glad that it didn't go dry on the uphill back to the barn (they don't motivate themselves well without fluid, as I've found out...).
So I'll just add that to the : I'm breaking things faster than I am fixing them list...
At least it was not the engine coupler.
Way back in time I worked at a rental place and a guy got a rental unit stuck and sheared the coupler. The took one of the larger dozers out to pull the Bobcat up
the hill and onto the flatbed. There was no way to get to the Bobcat on the tiny driveway. SO the mechanic went on to being a road builder.
Went to buy some spark plugs for the mini on Amazon a few days ago. 11 in stock, but when I went to checkout there were only 2 available. Checking back to get the other 2 the next day and the price has gone up 50%, and it's stayed like that for a few days, even going up a bit more.
Is this an Amazon thing to maximize profits or am I just unlucky?
