no, its in a 2015 f350 platinum with sync 2 to 3 upgrade, in any case i figured it out had the as built data configured wrong, once i fixed that its fine now, thanks anyway! just a tip for anyone doing a sync 2 to 3 upgrade the as built data has to be configured right or it will do that, thanks.
