Sync 3 v2.2 Update

Several newer owners have mentioned their truck came from the factory with v2.2 so I asked my Ford service writer to investigate. He looked at two trucks on their lot and both have v2.0. Can anyone confirm their truck was delivered with v2.2? If so, do you mind sharing a build date/delivery date so I can get them to take me seriously? They keep saying it isnt released yet...but that doesnt make sense compared to what others on this site have posted.

Anyone care to share a photo like this screenshot I took while logged into owner.ford.com to show the v2.2 is up-to-date? As you can see, my v2.0 shows to be current and perhaps if I show the service writer that it says the same for v2.2....he will believe me that it is released for new builds. Currently, he doesnt think this is the case. This is so frustrating!

I 100% could care less about "told ya so!" I simply want this to work without voiding my warranty. If the service department can update it rather than myself from a file downloaded from the internet...my warranty stays intact.

Johnny - my truck was built 10/16. My Nav version looks the same but I'm sync 3 version 2.0.
Just made sure truck was connected to my wifi and went into check for updates. I spun up for about 10 minutes but didn't seem to do anything.......

My build date was October with Sync 2.0 - same here.
