Build a truck then hit summary. There is an icon on the top of the summary which will call them if they are available. If chat is closed the icon will not be there.

Go to Next Steps in the build process. It's after the Build Summary tab. There is a Chat icon. Click it.

Dang it...Next Steps just has three buttons....No Chat icon. "Get an Internet Price" "Search Inventory" and "Get Local Offers" I'm pretty computer savvy...but I am not seeing an Icon. I just went to my local dealers site....Chat box popped right up. I gave them the VIN...his next reply was "When are you purchasing a vehicle" SERIOUSLY...I kid you not.

I just went there and it was on the top of the summary which is a drop down with the details of the order.
How long does it take to build a truck on the build site. I think I am down to less than a minute. May have to start timing it. More interesting than solitaire.

Rasalas....what Browser are you using? I'm on IE and there is no drop down...It just popped right in the middle of the screen. There is no icon or anything to click on to initiate the chat...at least not on my screen. I finally got the pop up to pop though!! Truck 1 ETA to dealer...Oct 6th. Truck 2 ETA to dealer Oct 16th. YES....I will make the Christmas parade with the new truck....LOL

I am using Firefox. On step 4, summary there is a blue screen with all the details of your build. At the top of the blue area are 3 icons and chat will be one of them. Only two if chat is not available.

Just talked to my dealer and my original build week of Sept 26th is now Oct 27th. Mine is a Platinum Crew Cab SuperDuty with 6 3/4 bed and most options. Don't know what pushed it back but keeping fingers crossed that the date starts to firm up. Hard part is its pushed further out (a month) than from the date I received my original build (3 weeks ago).

Holla...I received my build date about 3 weeks ago also. They told me 9/26. Chat today confirmed that it is still on target with delivery to dealer Oct. 16th Mine is also a Platinum Crew Short Bed also with most options...but not "fully" loaded. Hope you don't get pushed too far into November. I was an early order....April 20th.

I'm actually glad to hear Kenv is getting his order first. He's been waiting a long time. Rasalas should be getting locked in too.
I haven't heard if the line speed has increased from the original start up speed which was about 200 units per day. It needs to get up to 400 per day pretty quick or the orders will keep falling farther behind. Parts, parts, parts.
