I'd like to start a dedicated thread tracking the build process of our new trucks!
While nobody has a VIN yet, they will be out soon.
Ford has received and confirmed my order. A vin will be provided in the near future along with a projected build date.
When you have a vin, please post it along with projected build date and major options ordered. This will allow us to see if certain options are delaying production, etc....
Yea, I really wouldn't use the 6.7 to 1/10 of its abilities, so the extra cost, maintenance etc.. Wouldn't benefit me enough to won one. I'm also reading great things with the G transmission.
Short be with priority 10, the only option I'm worried about is the clearance lights, are they needed? Is it just a looks thing or do they serve a purpose?
I have an f150 and although it tows my TT just fine, we want to go further then 100 miles away from home and I am just not comfortable doing that with my f150. My butt has puckered way to many time over the last year with my F150 even with all the correct settings.
Clearance lights are just for looks. I'd order them if it was me, I love the look at night! It's not very expensive.
