A weekend away from the family can do everyone a bit of good 77. Sending the last of my buyers past the agent today, the first one is also regaining some interest as the place is starting to drop in price. Open house this weekend. I get to start on digging out and dropping another of Sigs fences today so that'll keep me busy and 2 doors away from the excitement.
Have a good weekend 77.
Nice line up of trucks Puddy.
It is enjoyable to drive them and the thumbs up you get make it that much better, why we like taking the panel for a drive, makes more than me happy..
For sure. I also like it when the younger kids just stare at the truck, I guess because they've never seen one before? I can't wait to drive it in the local parades / car show circuits.
Glad the Mac is starting to get cleaned up and restarted, probably take another week or 2 for the regular residents to start going home yet.
Summer projects have started, this one is the fence Siggurds stepson put in for Darlene. Its called "The Peeler fence". He and his buddy needed beer money the first 2 days and peeler money at the TnC the 3rd day so they shorted the concrete count and used 8' posts. 1 bag of concrete per post and we've found 2 posts that had none. We're working seniors hours, start at noon, take a break during the heat of the day and put in till 8. Helps me avoid the real estate agents and the cats guard the house in shifts.
Made it back from Invermere. Got the dock launched, the boat rails installed, the boat into the water, a sunburn and a hangover. Pretty full weekend. Water is deep early this year, so we were working on those rails in much mroe water than is comfortable. Was quite a hassle.
Pretty warm spring so that might be this years melt you got there 77. Here theres fire out by Fox Creek, thats Moitti Mouse's neck of the woods I think, will send Joe an email to see if everything is okay.
Strange to say this John but I wish we had your weather as its another warm dry week over here. How about them Dinosaurs, and people think we're only good for gas.lol Maybe the kids will win the conference.
Fox creek is supposed to get a lot of rain this week, which should help the fires around there. Fort Mac is still supposed to be dry.
And my own selfish weather forecast shows steady rain and cool weather for the long weekend. I guess I'd better make sure the trailer is well supplied with propane for the furnace, and beverages and books for myself.
