Housing crises averted, house got sold twas a foolish deal but one that I can capitalize on. I'm not moving which is what I wanted, if the new owner is a fool theres a place next door that has no problems with me tearing down the fence and moving everything over, may even have most of the day off.

267,500 for a house worth 240 max plus he waived the home inspection report. Place needs the roof repaired along the ice edge, needs new windows, water heater and furnace. If he hires out the work he could be 310 into this place quite easily and have a place worth 250. The girls that own next door wouldnt go past 220 as this place is a fixer upper by their books, girls work for bank of N.S one is a loan and mortgage manager,the other is in financial planning. They both are amazed someone would be dumb enough to do a deal like this. Going to see what this guy is like and if hes blinded by stupidity I'm out of here. The last owner only listened to scammers, liars and drunk contractors in other words,the people who know what they're doing lol.

Good morning folks, sunshine and lollipops today
Went to the Brt information open house at the Art Box to check out what the construction schedule is and to find out what 17th ave is going to look like with a pair of bus lanes down the middle. Thats going to be a nifty rebuild of thr street. No actual street construction until spring 2017 when they rebuild 17th starting at 26th by the Barlow turn off and the west side of the first set of light up to the lights at the COOP gas bar and at the other end of 17th where it meet up with Hubalta and back towards 52nd. 2018 they rebuild it at 44th back to 40th. This year its the elsctrical infrastruture and pre construction construction. The girl doing the presentation sure is pretty, fresh out of U of C and is either doing an internship or practicum. Bit of a good tease, I should have left buddy behind as he was trying to do a slapstick act that was distracting and embarrassing.

It sure is 77, I'll chalk it up to him having playing the menopausal women who are man tired field for to long. Oh well best to find out now as the lilac festival is on sunday and sometimes you do better as a lone wolf.
To bad about the burn, I've had mexican arms for a week or 2, got so bad I had to buy a new beard trimmer and had to shave. In a few days I'll stop looking like a panda bear. Have a plot coming together that might result in buddy living upstairs and the house stays people clean and junkie free.

Looked on the mls and the house isnt there anymore, stayed on the boards until thursday so I was getting nervous about the guys financing. He waived the home inspection. Guess I'm working at home this summer doing a roof and rear windows to start with and a fence or 3 for good luck LOL.

Start of a scorcher week, we're supposed to break 30c a couple of times between now and friday. Good thing I have a couple of projects that can be done in the shade, even have a shed that I can prefab in my yard, lots of shade here in this air conditioned like yard.
