Be real nice once the troll upstairs is gone. Hard to believe how stupid some people are when it comes to buying or selling houses here. Sure glad I'm not the agent for this place, bad enough that I'm producing the leads.

I'm a bit short on cash these days Perry, so I don't think I'll buy that house. I do like the area though, been through there many times.

Looking forward to that vacuum chamber . . .

Kids are great but sometimes they get to be a bit to much.
This area is so quiet again and peaceful, and I'm entrenched into it, theres no way that I'm moving without a fight. Glad the guy upstairs is talking about moving as that opens up an option.

This weird weather day has me thinking that maybe its a run errands day instead of expose motor and electrical to rainy weather all night day.

Got to put my A&W cupons to good use, mama burger combo for$3.99, yup I can spend it like granny. Got my doors stripped down, now I got windows, door mechanisms and mirrors to sell. Only throw out the actual scrap, now to start taking pics and kijiji it all.

The mama burger is excellent. Add in a chicken buddy burger if you are really hungry.

I like getting rid of stuff on kijiji as well. Best part is, it's all tax free cash, heck, even my wife doesn't get a cut. If I make $100 on kijiji, I keep $100!

I was thinking about the chubby chicken, probably the best chicken burger around. Picked up the big bag of chicken from Giant Tiger yesterday as its the best breaded chicken around here. I get real picky about which bag I grab as theres a $10 bag of drumsticks that I pick up so I dont want any in the big bag.

So, I'm all signed up, thanks Puddy. I've been looking at everyones signatures, it seems like I might need a few more trucks. Too bad I sold the '91 Ranger STX and the '03 Sportrac, but I needed to make room for the '65 Mercury.

I was originally looking to restore a '78 -'79 F-150, really liked the look of the square headlights when they came out. I always wanted a mid 90's Flareside too, but I've put way too much into the current restoration, gotta see this through.

Guess I'll just have to admire other members rides for now, that fits my budget fine!

Okay guys, this is how normal my life is. I get my 90 day notice because the house is forsale, thats standard. It's the most belligerent 90 day notice you can imagine, I'm accused of trying to sell the house out from under the home owners nose and also of doing everything I can to prevent the sale of the house in the next paragraph. I managed to do this by allowing Thom who's parents live at 1825 and Ronnie who's father lived at 1831 of my street say "If the house you live in ever comes up for sale, give me a call". Now I've done work for both of them and I've been mowing their parent's yards and shoveling the walks for 5 years or so because the parents are crippled seniors and thats what people do in this type of situation. They both want me to stay in this house. The agent that the property manager hired has shown them both the house but refused to deal with them because they had counter offers written up by their agents. ??????? WTF. Land lady has been a mental freak about this whole situation and I'm to blame????? WTF. Didnt need to say anything in order for most of street to find out about this mess as everyone knows each other and only being here for 7 years I'm the new kid on the block, literally.
So, I'm on kijiji and I get to the last of 5 pages, 4th ad from the end and guess what. The basement at 1832 is for rent, it belongs to the Lebanese lady that everyone knows, but isn't quite inside our social circle as she doesn't go to Danny's restaurant for coffee, Danny and Thom are brothers. Haa...Haaa...Haa...Haaa...Haa. Left her an email and I think I'll bring her a Green Apple Soda tomorrow and have a chat.
If I stay on this street it'll be like not moving and I can maintain my handyman income, plus I have a buddy coming to town this month to get his CPP straightened up and he can lock in the place until I need it. Now to see how good my gypsy luck is. ROFLMFAO
