I used oak pellets in the A-MAZE-N-Tube smoker. Works great for cold smoking or adding additional smoke to your cook. I'm gonna do about 6lbs of different cheeses on Wednesday. I've been sweating bullets since they've mentioned frost/freezing Temps for last night. I was very happy to wake up and it be 38* here this morning with no frost. I just knew my freshly planted garden was going to be killed before it ever had a chance.

Just put 6lbs of cheese in the smoker+4hrs of apple wood goodness=mmm mmm good! The hard part is the 2 to 3 week curing period.

I may have to visit there thin. Lowes has it on sale too, but 12.99, and a limit of 2. We got two, but I wan't more. When it's on sale I buy for my year of cooking.
