Ended up having to rent a tiller to hit the garden, so I did that this morning. Then I hoed in a couple rows. All under the supervision of the boss man Remington.
We'll be taking off in the next few hours for Richmond VA.
My son and I love watching Wrestling. And with his own money, he got 3 tickets to a WWE Wrestling match for this evening. I'm super proud of him, he's hardly spent a dime on himself since getting this job a few months ago.
Hope everybody has a safe weekend. We'll be back sometime tomorrow morning, since the couple watching Rocky have plans with their family for Easter Sunday.
Got up this morning and fixed the pressure washer, and then hit the house with it. Then finished rowing the garden up, gonna set some corn out tomorrow hopefully. This afternoon I cooked a bunch of chicken and had friends over for the little brother birthday. Had a few drinks, ate some bbq chicken, and wet a hook. Caught a few small brim and one big catfish that was a good 16-18" long.
So to start off i pulled the driver side inner fender out so i could get easier access to the steering gear.. found a birds nest and a cashe of acorns hidden in there.. wonder which was there first... the bird or the squirrel...
just goes to show that it wasnt the lines leaking...
10 mins after the lines came off i had the gear box out..
makes a mess when turned upside down..
nice shiny new one in a bag...
prolly shoulda changed that line.. but after several unexpected extra expenses i cant afford it atm...
one of the unexpected expenses.. needed a bigger tool to accomplish the job..
worked great too...
the one wrapped around the pitman arm is a loaner.. gotta take that back..
new and old one next to it...
will get more pics tomorrow... after i got the new one in it was getting dark...
We're back from our Richmond VA trip, all safe n sound.
We had a really good time, and spent a few bucks that could have been used someplace else, but what the heck, we don't take off vary often.
We hit a brewery that I wanted to check out a year ago while Shari and I were in VA, but didn't have the time.
The hotel we stayed at last year had a bar and I checked out a "few" crafted brews from the "Brass Cannon Brewery", and I was hooked
So we made it to the brewery and I snagged a 12 pack of 22 ounce "Angry Scot", and a Growler of another brew called "Honey Something". Most expensive brew I've ever bought in my life. A whopping $90....$65 for the 12/22's, and another $25 for the 64 ounce Growler.
I planted 200 corn seeds this morning, aswell as a few cucumbers. Its been a nice light rain going all day since we got them planted, hopenitll do it some good.
My potato seeds should be in Wednesday, may pick up some squash seeds aswell but not sure yet.

Vary good
I have one small area along the east side of the shed that I'd like to till really well. It's about 12' long, but that will keep me in Tomatoes. My wife will eat some veggies, and veggies are like Cryprtonite to Tim.
