Fits great with lots of space Glenn, in order to remove the power steering you have to take the fan shroud out if not the tooling to remove the pulley wont fit.
Oh almost forgot that I bought new shoes for the old ugly 20's, not my taste in wheel bit dam they get good grip on the road and also on loose sand, they are wide as fak and wheels ugly as sin, ahh some day I would find my hard to find Weld Super Single 16x12.50 wheels some day......
She's still kicking around, no problems mechanically wise (knock on wood) other than cosmetics shes doing good. Still got to get her painted and re upholster the "new" front seats.
Finally got time to mess around with the front seats and install the upholstered seats back in.
Note: bottom seat tubs or what ever you call them are the are almost the same between CC and EC only noted difference was that the EC seats have a lever where the back rest folds forward and the seat moves forward as well as the sliding mechanism is way different. I opted to just change the sliding mechanism from one seat to another, the CC sliding mechanism is slightly smaller on 40/20/40 but the EC seats have holes pre-threaded to fit the CC ones, at first glance they look like the were not threaded but paint was covering them and bolt just bolted right in.
the center seat bottom tub was also different between the two, so I got the EC buttom tub and swaped it out for the CC tub, a plus was that the EC had an ash tray(I don't smoke or allow smoking in my truck but you know those things come handy with small trash/gum kids throw. Other than that it was mostly bolt on. Heres some pics of the work.
I went ahead and ordered a 2" lift for my 2wd truck and installed it yesterday IMO looks great, doesn't look low and maybe it's the stock height of a f350 4x4. I did have to order adjustable camber bushings should get here on friday and off to the aligment shop.
Pics or didn't happened right lol...
Theres alot of old pics of my truck in this thread, and I didnt take many new photos with this new phone heres one of when I did the cab bushings.
