It's a 66mm with a 1.0 exhaust housing, design for the super duty I'm officially SUPERFY, bellows and everything, can buy fuel filters from the store, I like this set up better than the old one for sure lol...
That's awesome good work! Now you just have all the "housekeeping" work to do! That's usually not as fun but it shouldn't be too bad! When are you going to get to test drive it around?

Specially with all the mess I left with the tranny fluid lol... I already have the down pipe flange welded, I used the one from the 6.0 trucks all I need is to install that and the hood and I should be good for a test drive
OK manage to test drive her today over all satisfy with a big *** grin on my face except...... I had a hard *** time installing the down pipe, even had to bang the down pipe in several places to fit and still is rubbing on the firewall, it's either a 2" body lift or cut up the firewall. Also I'm having a hiccup with the truck stalling on me when coming to stops, random not always but the rpm drops to 400rpm then dies, I unplugged the ICP cured the stalling part, but still have the rpm drop, there's no way I can monitor my truck as I haven't had PCM reflashed to accept OBDll, but I'm suspecting bad IPR O rings.

Good thing you got to test drive it! As for your issue, I've been having that as well (RPM dropping and occasionally stalling) and am wondering if it might be part of my cutting out issue that just surfaced. I hope not. I just replaced my IPR o-rings so I would hope that's not it but it's easy enough to change with the fuel bowl out of the way.
With your SD setup, I'm not sure how difficult it is to access the IPR. Hopefully we can both fix out issues soon! You need to get your PCM flashed so you can throw in an aeroforce interceptor!
Removing the IPR with the SD set up it's alot easier to access the Ipr than with the obs set up, no need to remove the fuel bowl. I got to put some miles on her today maybe like 100 or so, can't believe how quick the turbo spools up on the stock tune, man can't wait to get her broken in so I can start give a test drive on one of the hot tunes.
Nah Glenn, straight Dino oil, a few forced down shift at operating temperature and a few trips thru down town trying not to keep the RPM at a constant RPM and not let it idle for too long. I'm sure the piston rings found their home already I have zero blow by and zero fumes coming from the oil fill cap, this tells me the rings are seated. I'm taking it her on a 500 mile round trip tomorrow, after that she will have her next oil change that will be changed at a regular 5K intervals.
Hey Byron I'm planning on changing the IPR right now (remember the baggie with all the sensors I had) well I have a couple of IPRs and one almost brand new so I'm using this one, S a matter of fact I'm installing it right now lol....
