Thank y'all for the kind words she is coming along good, saw the guy take the bed off today to paint on the back of the cab and bed and get it aligned.
Someone beat me to the rear windows ***. On to the next lead.
So a small update, apparently there's paint lingo I wasn't aware of so he said the paint that was first sprayed was to make the imperfections stick out, well he has the truck sanded and filled those imperfections and said he might have it in two more weeks. Im cool with it that's a lot of work foe what he charged me.
Went to JK today and found some wheels for my truck, well saw them a couple of weeks ago and today they were still there one has two dents that Im gling to take and get fixed the other have small scuff marks but something sanding can't fix.
Im taking of the black caca paint the PO of that truck sprayed on, going to polish those suckers up real good started with stripping the paint with air craft paint remover.
Those are going to look sweet man! Always wanted those exact rims for my rig.
They are still available and they are very cheap in price ($170 each) brand is Raceline Rock Cruchers. the bad side is I can only put 60 psi on them according to the writing in the back of the wheel, not planning on hauling weight like I used too either so Im not to concern on the 60 psi max om them.
This after polishing them still got to do the outer lip and holes overall they are looking good. I also fixed the wheel that was bent easier than I though local dude wanted $150 to fix I said no thanks so I took my torch out and hammer and straighten out the bend.
And this is how it they look with tires (that wheel isn't sanded just polished)
