Taillights done! I'm very happy with this mod. I've always questioned if people could really see the taillights in the daytime. I hit the hazards with one set of LED's on, and one factory light. In the sun, no you couldn't see the factory light.
The lights are awesome, I might have to steal that.
Except when I bought them they were $12 and change each. You don't need the pigtails, they have wires attached. I'd like more LEDs per light but they work well, and there arent that many flush mount options. Debated the round or light strips, but think the round looks nicer.
We're departing MD Tomorrow to head for South Dakota. No reservations until we get back to Destin, FL in August. We're trying to do things a little differently this trip and see how it goes. Hoping to see as much of the midwest National Parks as possible but our plans are totally flexible.
I put the Optronics 13" up either side of the door locks.
NE PA.
I considered that. But wasn't sure how much hassle running the wires would be. It looks like the door frame tube is wider than the bumper, so i could have fished wires through pretty easy. But I still would have had to do something with the bumper lights. Hated them.

Changed lights on mine too. Fished wires through door trim for camera install.
Installed used Onan 5500 Generator this weekend. I had Gen prep, so with the help from some folks on Heartland Owners Club including Dwane (porthole) was able to get her running. Purring like a kitten and running 2 AC's. Paid $2,500 for this gen with 38 hours on her versus I was quoted $6,000 to have a new one installed. For any fence sitters, if you can find a good quality newer genny, do it yourself.
