If you decide to sell it, let me know as I may be in the market!

Anyone install LED light strips? Im looking to install a couple of strips on my trailer. If anyone could point me in the right direction as far as install and parts that would be awesome.

I think I need to do the same thing. The fixtures in my trailer just don't seem to produce enough light. I have LED bulbs in them and the bulbs themselves seem fairly bright. I might try adding some reflective backing within the fixture as a stopgap.

Aluminum HVAC Tape, available at your local Big-Box store, works GREAT for this..

That's what I was thinking of using. I might slip some aluminum foil in there at first just to see if it makes a difference.

I never posted my mods. Mostly storage related.

First, made some cabinets for under the bottom bed/sofas in the garage. Storage for the kids stuff.

Converted the two cabinets in the kitchen into one big pull out pantry.

Then we took this TV area and pulled the backer out to reveal 12" of space and built a swing door to mount the TV to and added storage.

Before:

After:

One other thing I did is put a pressure clip bracket in the garage to mount the ladders on. Better than laying them on the floor and having them in the way all the time.

As a matter of fact I am planning on selling it. No reason for us to keep it since we have a new one on the way.

That would be cool, there are several at the beginning that are broke.

Will do. Just bear with me we have a newborn at home and my comp time is minimal. In the meantime, I finally got another mod crossed off the list!

Also cut a few slots in the carpet to access the tie downs with it rolled out, mainly for the grill under the tv. Now the carpet can just be out all the time as it will be baby's bedroom/ rainy day living room!

Had a little free time this weekend and got some mods done! First up was relocating the mailbox so it not on my blind side when backing in the driveway. LOL.

Today I decided to jump into the generator compartment floor. They installed the box sitting about 1" over the mounting pads for the generator so the floor had zero support, just tugging on the couple screws at the top. There is no way to get under it without cutting. So out it came!

My original intention was to just wrap the tin box edges down and rivet them to the generator bracket. The bracket turned out more substantial than expected. Had this heavy 1/4" plastic in the garage, laid 2 pieces across the mounts and screwed them down. Cut and fit 2 more in the center and then a final piece on top. Gives me a 1.25" thick floor that is very light but solid. More than comfortable putting the gas fire pit in there now, which was the goal.

Next mod was to install a bracket to hold my jumper to turn on the running lights in camp. Just a quick simple thing, but one less thing to lose.
