There are builders out there that will do a slow custom build. I'd have to sell my house to afford one though. Darn, I wish I had hit that Powerball....

Thanks for the thumbs up. Took me about 6th months working on the weekends. Material cost wasn't that bad but my labor was many hours. In the end I have a heavier trailer that is solid. Only good thing about this was the sidewalls are aluminum frame. The defect was a factory issue in the build up front, but they did not want to own up to it. All good though it's solid now. Already packing her up to get a jump before Memorial day. Spot on the coast of California.

I started replacing the incandescent bulbs with LED today.
First picture is before, second picture is after. Looks like more light to me.
Third picture has the new LED bulb on the left, old bulbs middle and right. Much better light quantity from the LED and the LED just looks better overall. Expensive bulb however.
Fourth picture has the new LED on the right, old bulb on the left. Not much change here. But the old bulbs might be halogen and do they ever put out a ton of heat. These were a huge PITA to replace. Removing the fixture from the cabinet was the way to go.
I put all LED lighting in mine as well... But .... Living in it full time for 5 months, slowly they (LEDs) started failing... Other than the test of time, you just have to be able to see and not get headaches from them. There are some newer LEDs out now that have more natural light.

Nice! Do you have to anything else to run the LED lights or is it a "plug & play" type of set up?
Plug and play. Old bulb out, new bulb in. I thought I had read somewhere that some bulbs are temperamental about +/- alignment but all mine worked the first time.
Yesterday I started replacing the running lights outside. It looks like a lot of those fixtures have been allowing water inside. I'm going to caulk the heck out of those.
I went to replace the bulb in the Bargman reverse lights but I can't figure out how to open up the fixture. Is the fixture sealed and non-serviceable? I brought them home with me to work on but so far I don't see any easy way to open them up.
In the meantime, I modified a tire to the best of my ability. LOL
At least it looks like you got pretty lucky and the tire didn't "modify" the trailer too much!
I should get back to mods, I have a few on the list that never got done. Other projects around the house have demanded attention, and this weekend I need to tear into the dump trailer bearings and rebush the suspension. Fun, fun! Camping is sidelined til after the baby, working on trying to set up a Halloween weekend though!
Not really a modification but I cleaned the Fantastic Fan in the main cabin. Good grief that thing was filthy. I started out just cleaning the screen. Once that was out I saw how dirty the fan was and I couldn't clean only the screen.

I have GOT to do this on mine too... It is gross looking and I am sure that the automatic rain-close sensor is probably too dirty to work. Only problem is in getting at it. I can't get on the roof very easily and the ceiling is 8'8" up there so will need to balance on a small ladder or stool..
