Weld table...........LOL!!! My "weld table"? Usually my fold up engine crane and a pair of vise grips. I clamp it to one of the legs which holds the part while I weld LOL!!
While I was fab'n up my pipe work last Sunday...
Cutting and pasting some 3 1/2" and 4" pipe for my intake. Would have loved to do aluminum(not happening), stainless would be nice(didn't want to have to go to work to TIG it), so I mig'd some steel tubing. Yup, using my floor jack as a "weld table". I stuck the pipe over the handle to hold it and welded around....
Some kind of metal looking paint will finish it off. Some times I wish I was more OCD(like my friend), but I don't have the patience. My favorite line..."good enough for who it's for".
Looks good FT, another video would be cool! It's not much of a welding table, it's just scraps of material I already had.

Hope to get it out of the garage this weekend. I'll try to get something.
Cool, thanks!
I filled the PS pump up and got all the air out of the system pretty fast thanks to Bill [NumberDummy] and Steve [ultraranger] for the helpful hints on how to get the air out.
I figured I would overfill the pump at least once.....and I did.
The list is getting shorter!
finish engine room wiring
manifold for air bags
connect radiator hoses
fill radiator with water only [great idea f100today]
make inner fender to firewall mounting straps
buff entire truck
clear rock protection tape or xpel paint protection film
look for convex mirrors
remove bed
weld up holes in bed
spray bedliner
get front drive shaft spline sleeve nut
after 250-500 miles
change oil and filter
torque front and rear u-bolts
check front and rear wheel bearings
add lock washers to front and rear axle hub bolts
long term projects
disassemble/bead blast/rebuild/paint transfer case
remove moon roof, fix tailgate rot, repaint
That's quite a Spring Cleaning list amigo. With your attention to detail, I expect it will be done, close to perfect, by July 4, but no rushing.. remember the Speed of Right is the only speed with which to proceed. I am sure it will be right.

I really miss my 6.oh, and I like the color of your truck....so we're even.

Currently, if I destroy the bathroom in the 5er the wife can run and hide in the bedroom at the other end. If we got the Shasta trailer and I destroy the bathroom, there may be a little tension in the air.

I'm hoping to get the near term portion of the list completed by the end of next week.
