Si, made that connection when the 6" bar from Tuff had 4 LEDs across lol I wish they had a 4" bar in flood pattern though I need those for my bumper and the Rigids for for $250 a piece vs $38 each lol.

That would work however I need the side mounts like on the normal bars because the bumper has those mounts built in...makes things so difficult when you need something specific lol. I am going to get these if Fusion cannot make 6" LED bar openings and move the 6" bars to the Expy's grille.

Found these not cheap but way better than rigid about half the cost of rigids

Hey guys am I crazy or with 3/8" hardware the hole drilled should be done with a 3/8" drill bit? I just drilled the spare holes for the rear shackles and the bolts are still too big.

Also the front hangers use 1/2" hardware and the 1/2" hole I drilled is fine.

If you looked at the accurate bolt dimension, it may be a hair over the nominal size. I usually drill 1/32 or 1/64 over nominal for an easy fit.

Unfortunately I don't have the bolt sizes so maybe I will just file the hole out a little to make them fit. They fit perfectly in the original rivet holes.

Maybe you should set your beer down and re-check your drill bit size...

I'm no light weight it was definitely a 3/8" drill bit lol

I am going to just file it a little to see if it helps at all.
