The finish is teflon. Its a grayish blueish...? And they are 125.5 hubs on truck are 125.22 close enough for me. They fit up with no more movement the the factory set. And I hear ya on a little chrome. I'm keeping the bumpers and steps chrome. So theres a tiny contrast
Where do you guys look for rings? I'd like to add them to my rims I'm not sure of the hub size on my rim but i can never find anything for these trucks.

As far as I can tell you'll need to get custom ones done. Only place I've found is www.hubcentric-rings.com and they're about 100$ for 4. And they also do nothing for load bearing just re center the hub on the truck hub so you don't have vibrations.
They would help when installing the wheel though correct? As far as having the rim fully mounted it wont lean so the lug nuts are like false torqued completely?
I bought a set of perfectly matched ones, 124.9 - 130.8 from 1010TIRES.COM® — Tires and Wheels Absolute Authority.. They were the only ones I could find in the exact size. The wheels are advertised as 130.81, so if there's only 5/1000ths of an inch on either side, I should be good with that. I'm not worried about the load bearing aspect of it - i want them centered for as little vibration as possible.
I have a set of 16x9 American Racing wheels on there now and they're ok, but there's a little vibration. They were rebalanced within a month (i had a valve stem blowout). The best I can figure is that they could be off a c-hair and that may be causing the vibration.

If you do it correctly this is a non issue. Star pattern solves this, also not torquing until they're all hand tight.

Ya that's sort of an obvious statement, but when you're talking about a big heavy wheel and tire combo, it's just nice to be able to have the wheel do the work for you. One and done without having to fukc with it.
I dont get vibrations really but I found a loose lug on one of my wheels once which concerned me even though I tightened then torqued it correctly.
Larger wheels your suppose to properly put the wheel on and such. Then drive for around the block a few times then retorqe the lugs.
This is a must on big rigs. Fixes the problem of working lugs loose.

Never heard that before but makes perfect sense thanks ill do that! I never really remove my wheels.
