Beautiful drive. That backway through Jemez used to have some single-track dirt roads, but it was a great drive through that valley.
The sport bike crowd racing through there has caused the State to lower speed limits dramatically, and still there were several guard rails on 500 ft cliffs damaged. Not much traffic this weekend (and no elk, thankfully!).
No problems with overheating, even in the summer. Temp gauge goes up maybe a needle width after the steep climbs.
I haven't traveled a whole lot in my life, so being able to enjoy all this beautiful scenery from different places is a real treat. Beautiful shots guys.
