Don’t beat yourself too much Curtis. I’ve discovered my weigh will ebb and flow by just how much salt I’m taking in. If I eat salty food I’ll retain more water and my weight will go up 3-4 lbs.
I got the covid booster shot yesterday, it gave me a headache last night, but overnight it gave me chills, and every bone in my body felt like I got hit by a truck. I didn't think I would have an appetite this morning, but that is the one thing that seems to never fail me. (unfortunately)
We’re getting all kinds of positive test notices from our local schools. Our grandkids have been exposed, just a matter of waiting a few days, get the test and hope it comes back negative. Would be a fine Christmas gift, suprise. In the meantime, grandparent daycare must go on. Weight loss bonus?
I guess 237 was my lowest weight for a while, my body is starting to climb again. I think a portion of it is medical, which I am trying to get treatment for, but I am still not on track. I mean obviously I eat horribly, so there is that.
I just decided to stop being concerned about it. I have fought and fought with it over the years and just decided not to starve myself or go hungry ever again. I will still try for healthier choices but not to the point of not eating not so healthy stuff or even super small portion control. And my weight has reflected this. Just have a major case of not giving a shoot about it now.
