According to my Dr. he said his chart shows that I should be 175. I would like to see what I looked like at 175, and see how I felt. I bet I would feel hungry and weak.
I think I will just keep chipping away and see where I feel the most confident.
I hit 199 for a morning, but haven't seen it since, I was likely dehydrated, but now I am sitting around 206-210. I want to get down some more, but haven't been focused on it. It's still a far sight better than 242 I was last year.
Traveling food can be quite hard on the old diet. I need to get back on the wagon. I been holding 210-215 recently, and I need to try to hold at 199 for a while I think.
