Is this month's dinner going to be at the mud truck show this weekend or are we still going to get together later too
Wife is making plans for this weekend, but I'm wanting to get together at the truck, mud thing.

Unk Bob
I think that's the plan.. thought you were cooking????
Do I need to bring a prepared dish, or something to throw on a grill, or are we eating from the concession stand? Hope to have a cooler full of fresh fish, but with me there are never any guarantees.

That sounds like a lot, of my fishing trips.
"Tonight's fish fry's gonna taste like Chicken"
Looking like right now we have Josh, Matt, and myself going. Two maybe's are Chris and Dave.
Bob has a lingerie party he needs to attend.
Haven't heard anything from our other usual suspects.
At this point I don't think it's worth the effort to bring a bunch of grilling stuff unless you just want too. They have concessions. We could bring some snacks and drinks to share. What do yall want to do?
Josh, we could ride together. You can ride with me or vice versa. Races don't start till 4. I was planning on leaving around twoish. I wasn't planning on staying the entire time as it may be pretty late when it's done.
And yes, this will be the August Dinner. We have a group that's traveling to eat and support one of our chapter members.

I'll pack light then, a couple of chairs, a canopy, the little grill, burgers, tater chips. I can swing by and pick you up at 2ish if you like?
September dinner next month. Start thinking about where yall want to eat. Probably keep it localish since we've been traveling all over the state for the summer.
One of our guys, John, has a car show this month, on the 17th. Want to make that our dinner, they are selling plates (not tray's) of Que, I believe. Yay or Nay on that being our meetup this month???
It's over in Clayton NC, we can probably meet up there around noon, and eat, then look around and tell lies about what we all (don't) know about the classics!

A local get together in Clayton sounds great to me. And who doesn't like a car show
