Looks like the BBQ will be ready to eat around 11am. Sold till it's gone.
We should probably show up between 10:30 and 11:00 to make sure we can park and get to the cue in time. Car show will be going on the whole day.
This entire event is going on for several days. Carnival rides, vendors, the works. I expect it will be pretty crowded mid day Saturday.
Who is still going. I'm planning to go. I may have one glitch but I'm waiting to see what happens.

Had the final meeting with the chamber on Friday, they're saying the BBQ to be done "between 11 and 1".
I wish I could figure a good place to park everyone and host the FTE. Does anybody have a canopy & table? We have like 4 or 5 in our car club trailer but generally we'll be using them for the show.
The BBQ people are going to take orders from the car show participants and then bring the BBQ plates down to us when they're ready. Will be a handy way for everyone to make sure they get a plate. If you want to text me (or get a full count and give it to James and he can text me) then I can just add everyone to the list. (Any time Saturday morning, not something you have to figure out well in advance).

Save this address, it's a CPA business in town that is the closest point to get to where our registration tent will be, but without actually entering the car show as a participant. I don't know if you'll be able to park in his parking lot, but the closer you get to this the shorter your walk. Josh has a tent and table so we'll set that up to make sure everybody has some shade.
