I avoid 40-42 like the plaque in the mornings and evenings, that place is insane with the traffic! I'm not too far from you though, down closer to McGees off of 210.
Fill me in on the Texas Pit BBQ place I am ready to go. Any day except the 15th (which is a Thursday).
I'm planning on being there. Mary and her brother drug me out to eat BBQ in Texas. I kept telling them it wasn't bbq since it was brisket, but the wood fire in the back of the restaurant told me it was going to be good even before I tasted it. I'm hoping this place is half as good as what I got in Texas last week. Oh and Mary's brother ended up being as short as she is!!!
On a side note, has anybody ever installed a set of pedal extenders???

Since when is Brisket, not BBQ meat.
And you'll find that the best Brisket, is, in Texas. Hands down

Bob,
BBQ is pork. If brisket was BBQ, why would they call it brisket and not just BBQ. But at least we can agree that meat should be cooked on wood, not coals or electricity or gas. I should be able to taste the meat and the smoke, too much sauce and you loose the whole reason you are eating meat.
It was switched to Wednesday so Dustin could make it.
Oh, and round here bbq is pork not a verb. It's something we eat not do.
Ok I think I read that wrong, I thought he meant he had classes during the week except for Tues and Thurs! haha. As we used to say in the Army - RIF!! (reading is fundamental)
