I showed him the title, he walked over to the truck. Showed a sticker like the one on the cab when you open the door and it had a vin number for a Blk PCKUP STDCB LB etc... I have never seen one like it before but thats what he showed me. My cousin came with and he also said that it was a vin sticker. Idk if its a fake or one from another truck. But I made the mistake of showing him that before i test drove it.. kicked me off his property after our conversation

Doesn't matter what the sticker says.
Matters what the Vin Plate says.
And those are not just "regular" rivets.

If the key worked you should've gone straight to the local police station.

You TOTALY screwed yourself on that one. you know its your truck, its got your plates on it!!

The tag on the dash only comes out if you pull the dash or the windshield, no fakeing that one. Go back and get It. Odds are the original sticker and dash plate are still on it underneath the fakes. Supposedly part of the Vin is stamped on the trans somewhere, never looked hard enough to find it.

Call the police if you have 911 service use it, tell them you have found your stolen truck and need help recovering it right away before someone get hurt in a altercation. I would think that would get them there quick if the law is worth dam.

You screwed up there. You shouldn't have showed the title. You probably should have had the police come with you to get it too... Now all you've done is notified the guy that you know he has your truck and unless he is seriously stupid, he will be getting rid of it one way or another. I wouldn't be surprised if it's in pieces by now. It only takes a few hours for a couple guys to completely destroy a truck.

You just hate it when someone is treated wrong, especially from a family member that they trusted. I agree. Gets my blood pressure up too.

Man Ryan I hope you're not screwed now... If something bad happens and you are, it's not worth jail time over, don't do something real stupid. Life goes on, I know you'd be REAL PI$$ED as I would be too but that worthless ba$tard isn't worth it..
