The dude selling its name is Marcus. He says he has had it for one month and is waiting on license plates and title to arrive....
Tempted to ask to meet him since I live close to Wisconsin (3 miles from the border)... and get all the info I can.

Sounds to me like he could be involved in this scam. I mean, who buys a truck and tries to resell it before he even gets the title?

Ya beat me too it. I texted the add to a friend of mine, told him to call and get all the info since he has no idea what its story is.
I agree, who buys a truck then sells it one month later. If I was closer I would go look but Its 8 hours from me...
