My guess would be that the police have been contacted, the ball is rolling on the recovery of the truck. Or maybe his lawyer has advised him to not to include himself in the discussion any further due to the extent of the beating he dealt to his uncle (hypothetical scenario). Either way, we will all wait patiently to see what the outcome might be.

Alex, be careful that you don't get yourself into more than you really want to deal with. We're all upset with Uncle Richard, but it's not worth getting yourself into trouble over.

Dont worry Nate. I called the guy this morning and he said he is unavailable to meet for a few weeks....I asked him why since I was offering to drive the whole way up... he said so I can sort some stuff out and get the title and plates in hand.
I was like "why even put it up for sale then and another question why are you selling it after owning it for a week or two is something broke on it?"
He said we would talk in a few weeks....
