what a truck,superb work and i would not like to guess what sort of money you have in this vehicle, but so glad their are truck enthusiast like you and so passionate, just as a matter of interest are you keeping a expense sheet i tried it once when building my sunbeam tiger but thought if the misses finds it life as i know it jim would be over!!!

ha! I added up just the 20 most expensive items and about fell out of my chair. Good thing it’s been over last 19 yrs.

restored 1966 Michigan plate since I spent my first 29 yrs there.
I run the YOM plates, too. Here's one I picked up for my 1971 Trans Am. Original 1971 sticker (not a reproduction) and plate looks like it has barely been used. I do not plan on repainting this one.

My rear plate Az is unrestored was still in original sleeve unused with a 1968 sticker.
Fromt plate I re-did as such a ugly color.
GoodGuys not to be this year. Tried so hard especially last 30 days.
It it took me a full 12 hrs to reupholster bucket seats, brackets, hardware once frames were sandblasted & painted. Went to power it up and the new AGM battery down to 4 volts. Does not want to charge properly.
Went to install horn horn button and shaft too long.
Good to know because they seem so much lighter than used sests I have seen in person and on the internet.
the pics of them installed in 427 truck appear way lighter than they are. Very very crappy lighting especially in correct color in my side garage/storage.
The one inside cab of Eco2 is much closer.
I have originals from that truck and are a perfect match.
Even the Wimbledon white looks pure white in many photos taken in other garage due to the horrid lighting.
