thanks! Does not appear much interest here but quick update for the few interested.
There's probably more interest than you think. Every time I see your truck pics, I have to spend time wiping the drool out of my keyboard instead of replying. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
As always, very nice work, the attention to detail is amazing. Question for you, since the cab has been painted for a few years now I guess, and you still need to paint the bed, do you have any issues with the paint matching?

I am reviewing your thread and admire your handy work. I just do not typically comment all the time but please continue posting as your efforts are appreciated.

Don't think for a second that the members here aren't interested in any of your projects.

Oh wow!
Thanks All! I do have a zillion pics but was not sure if I was overdoing it . . It is very difficult to know what people want to see.
Took the hood off today for final paint so clicked a few pics of engine bay less hood as I can now get better lighting. Still a couple wires left to run one for fuel pump and one key on 12v for MSD and also a tach wire to inside cab.
Seeing your photo's are inspiring.
The details, the finishes, the components, all of it together is an education to most of us with Slicks who need reference for our truck with most original components either gone or replaced.
Thank you for sharing your trucks, your build advice and details, and, for your detail photo's.
There are never enough photo's to peruse and I enjoy as many photo's, from what ever angle you choose, from any location on any of your trucks so please keep adding your photo's to the forum.
My '63 will have a better project end result having your reference photo's and advice as a guide through my build process.
Thank you for your efforts - Pete
Interest in this kind of stuff?
I would assume many polish glass but will share with those who have not. Been doing it prob 40 yrs.
i found foam pad 3m compound with my air buffer works best. Just like paint glass that is over 50 yrs old it’s near impossible to make look new just cleaning.
These are original windows from my Orange 427 Truck. Simply amazing how well they turn out. Cars going back many yrs if at show have gotten many comments about where did I get NOS glass. I would just say. Just cleaned it good...
these date coded 5J or September 1965. Truck very early October build.
