It appears he's homeless and lives in the truck, and forgot to take out the garbage this morning. Seems to have had a good stock of TP though.
LOL......He does need to do some house cleaning...but he is not "homeless"...he is "unhoused"...
In the mainstream discourse and official statements, homeless has been the standard term for years. More recently, however, activists and housing advocates have begun to use the word unhoused (or, relatedly, houseless ), even as governments stick with homeless. It’s still the word HUD uses in its reports.
It seems there's a lot of people lately making up new words for things to make themselves feel better and lie to themselves they're doing something good in this world. I'm not one of them.

This week on the news I heard a sheriff from Wisconsin, the land of Bob Jones, say to reduce crime and recidivism, they will mow call prison inmates "residents" or "those in our care." That should help prisoners feel better about themselves!

Yeah, I saw the headline. I didn't read the story but I am assuming it's the Dane County Sheriff.
Yep, I just Googled it, it is Dane County, the most leftist place in the United States. Easier for them to change the name than solve the problem. This is the same city the mayor said she thought the plywood covered windows in the downtown area looked beautiful after they were broke out by "peaceful protesters" and covered in graffiti.
Oh, oh, better switch back to the main topic before this gets shut down.
I actually know where a rust-free '48 ambulance sits right now in Oklahoma... It's sitting in a field and the "old money" family who owns it won't sale at any price..
As others in this thread have pointed out it's always "old money" or some mentally ill person who won't even let you over-pay for it and they just let them rot out...
I got lucky with my running '48 standard cab for $3,500
