When I was stationed in Germany Renault had a car very similar to this.

I had a roommate in Germany that had a Citroen that's headlights turned with the steering wheel.

It’s a Citroen 2CV. Back in the early 1970s I got an excellent view of the butt end of one as I chased it around the Nurburgring, trying but failing to pass him while “touring” in my VW Beetle. The thing would lean over so far in turns it amazed me it stayed on four wheels. Stu
