why anyone would be so stupid to cut the frame so damn short is beyond me. that thing must be really scary to drive!!!

"We cut down to make shipping easy, you can haul this truck on about any 7k gvw or better trailer. "

My guess is that thing was used as a mobile home toter or a yard mule.

That's what I thought before reading the seller's description. No one seems to restore these trucks, usually made into street rods on modern frames or 🤢🤮 rat rodded. Don't need the original frame for either. Kind of a smart idea on the seller's part. Not many people have the equipment to haul a big truck.

there is a fella on big mack trucks forum that has three of them.. all diesels though.
i tried looking on bookface for it, but could not find it. what is his asking price?
