I found this in the background on a YouTube video. It was about an airplane from the 1930's but this airport tug caught my eye. Anybody know what it is? It almost looks like a shortened Bantam if that is possible.

It looks like a Reliant Robin. The creator of that thing must not have seen the guys from Top Gear roll them over multiple times.
