I stayed in my camper Feb 21-23. We had a bunch of family over for my kids 2 yr bday. It took along time to warm up that thing, after that it kept heat pritty good. Even though it was 0 out.
Will be pulling ours to the campground tomorrow. 7 days of camping and fishing. Then home for 3 days and to Grenada Lake ms for big Crappie 4 days.. Home 2 weeks then east Tn 4 days, head back home and leave the camper near Town Creek Al for 6 days of bass fishing on Wilson lake. Then its going to get busy.... 4 more years and will be in it for months at a time seeing the great nation of ours.
I have one soft spot by the door and another up by the front window. Most of our TT is linoleum but the front section for the main bed is carpet.
I have to separate the wall from the flooring to get at the spots. Luckily both soft spots are on the same side of the trailer. Not looking forward to the fun at all.
Since we have been fulltiming for the last year and a half, I always check out the tow vehicles. There always seems to be more Fords of course, new old, older. But I have been seeing lots of newer Dodges too. Maybe not as many as the Fords especially when you count the Ecoboost. But not so many new Chevy's. A few but not like the Ford's and Dodges. I thought they were doing ok? Maybe it's just coincidence haha. Oh yeah and new Nissan Titans on the baby size campers more than new Toyotas
I didn't get any pics, but I hooked the Ex to the Camper, moved it to it's summer, between trips spot. I loaded it up so it's ready to go. Got the generators, chain saw, oils, lubes, chairs, and so on loaded and locked up. Also mounted up my 7,500 lb stabilizer/leveling jacks in front and back of the leaf spring mounts on both sides. That's enough jack to hold 30,000 pounds! I sure does make the camper sit nice. Doesn't wiggle one bit anymore!
I have a question for you guys. I am helping my brother out by bringing his pop up to him, about a 200 mile trip. The camper has a sticker weight on it of 3400 lbs., which I don't know how accurate that is since it is not my trailer. Will I need to use WDH and sway bar for this? I have all of the bars, chains, and sway bracket but it is set up for his Ram1500 which causes the back of his trailer to hit the ground when used with my Ex. I would rather not mess with it but also want to be safe.

If using the EX you should have no problem towing without WDH. Probably need a 2" or 3" drop bar.
Started in on fixing the rotten spots in the floor today. What a fun job this is! I started with the bigger spot up in front. I got it to the point of cut out today, if I can work on it tomorrow I plan to start reassembling the front section. Then on to the door section.
