Wow you guys dont see 1100 just driving gosh guys somethings wrong with my truck then my pyro hits 1000 by 55-60 when i lay on it unloaded and touches 600 just cruising no smoke though ip not up and ip and injectors are fine no white smoke or rough running but of course a clogged airfilter may have a little to do with it
i have to have the pedal to the floor to hit 800 now and thats on a 12% grade. Going 60mph in a 4.10 C6 setup gets hot but never over 800 anymore. Fuel was a bit high. What is your intake and exhaust like?

Turn your IP down a bit and you EGT's should go down. Mine is around 300-400* cruising.
id have to say mine are right about the 400-500* when cruising but my pump (old one) is almost completely maxed out (stock injectors too)... hence the reason for new injectors and pump haha. But yeah even loaded up hill i still have never hit over 1100* and im taklkin steep garde
okay so my wastegate is pinned to its location. I cant turn it because there are two indents in the side that has the hole on it. here is a pic with identification. It feels like it will twist in half if i turn any harder......thoughts?
Wreck dont try to do it on the truck... take it and put it in a vice and use either a good set of channel locks or a really good set of vice grips... Also spray some penetrating lube on it and let it soak a while
It's not stuck from corrosion, it indented like I was showing in the pic. It will turn a bit but I don't want to break it. If chop broke his I know why.
