COLOR code stamped on 2nd line of Warranty Plate between the W.B. (wheelbase) and MODEL code.

F10 = F100 2WD

J = 240 1V I-6.

N = Norfolk VA Assembly Plant.

648069 = 1965, assembled February 1965.

It indicates the BODY CODE the truck was originally equipped with when manufactured; seat covering and if it was ordered with the Custom Cab package.

E81: E = Red Crush Vinyl & Red Ladder Pattern Woven Plastic
81 = 81B Custom Cab

Which number tells you the color and what is it? Do any of these numbers say what seat color is (or was) or did they offer that many choices?

C81 - Body trim scheme and style = C is Medium green crush vinyl and medium green ladder woven plastic; 81 is a conventional cab.
