New plugs and wires, but my truck still sputters.
what else should I look into replacing?
Maybe the cap and rotor. I tried to find a post with more information about what's going on with your truck, but I couldn't find it.
Have you thought about posting a thread in the Performance, Engines and Troubleshooting section?
Posting what you have and a more detailed account of what you've done and what the problems are could save you a bunch of needless part replacing. There are some pretty sharp folks there.

I only recently dug into the engine, and most of my questions were answered by other peoples similar questions.

You could also put some Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas tank next time you fill up and it'll clean your valves and stuff.
My truck's sputtered at least a little bit at idle for as long as I can remember. :P
I almost got some Marvel today, went for a tank of gas instead.
I'll look into a cap and rotor this weekend, thanks
Yeah, I've been trying to get this damn thing to stop sucking the amount of fuel it does.
Somehow I burned through 10 gallons of gas in 2 days.
drove less than 20 miles.
it's killing me financially.
I have a vac. leak, so mine are not that great. I am looking into the hydroboost setup, Looks simple enough, and I could really use some better braking power
