I picked up my date(her name is Joycelyn) at her house around 3:45pm(she looked very pretty BTW) we went up to the high school to take pics with a bunch of other couples that were riding the coach bus that our group rented for the night. I had fillet mingon steak with american fries and green beans, she had grilled chicke mariette. We got to the high school(about 8:30-9:00pm) and we made our way to the gym, she went to talk and dance with her friends, I kinda stood near her and BSed with a bunch of other guys. About a half hour after we got tho the high school she asked if I wanted to dance with her.(which I did, and afterwards I started to break outa my shell and participate more and not just stand around.) Since we were on royal court we participated in the grand march and danced after the march. One of my buddies was crowned king and a girl who I'm good friends with(her name is Amanda) was crowned queen. My date invited another guy to grand march(but he didn't get to dance with her last nite hahaha) after grand march and endless photos we started cleaning up decorations. After prom I took her home so she could change and take her own car to post prom. There isn't much to be said about post prom. I feel like I really impressed her(I know I impressed her parents), I tried being a gentleman as best as I could.
You are one hell of a gentlemen! I wont even tell my story about the prom haha. Kudos to ya bud, keep that up!

It is a damn good story though

Bushmaster AR-15 in .223 (5.56 also) with a Leepers illuminated scope in your choice of green or red dot, depending on your preference. Forget who makes the tactical handle up front. Fitted with a shorty barrel for close quarters. Fully adjustable year stock with sling. Why? because I can.lol Super accurate to as far as I can see......

Sweet John, very cool. My buddy just picked up a brand new Rock River. WOW!! Is all I can say. As far as I can tell, they are the best. My friend actually built this one for me, and is in the process of building me #2. Nice guy to know!

I do better in Eastern Washington, it's a much drier climate, but here, forget it. Much over 80-85 and I'm done for. I know most of you are laughing but remember, I'm born and raised here, never been exposed to much more heat than this....
Y'all can give me, Scott, or Rick a call when it gets up to 98* with 85% humidity and then we'll sympathize with you, but right now ya'll are just having some nice spring days.

Tornado sirens? there is one 400 yards from my house, and with all the rain and thunder bumpers we've had this spring it has gone off at least once every two weeks ( not including the monthly test on the 2nd wed of the month)

Congrats Jake and Nick on developing to fine young men.

It was a busy weekend for me. Friday I catered a Jr. ROTC banquet for the local high school, and I had to cut 165 Ribeyes and marinate 85 chix brsts. wrapped and cooked 250 baked taters, loaded up the big grill and cooked all the meat on site. After clean up, I got home and was beat. Saturday consisted of Cheer tryouts at the highschool for my oldest daughter, had to have her there by 8am for warm ups. She made the squad, and starts 5 a week work outs Monday that will last all summer, along with a few week long cheer camps thrown in. Got up this morning and did some office work, and then went out and cut the grass. I had a Softball practice this afternoon for my other daughters team, and those girls tried to kill coach Brandon today. We have three games this week, Monday, tuesday, and thursday, and its not even playoffs yet. we've got to pack next weekend for our trip to Sandestin Resort, and my yearly trade show. Spring and Summer are very busy around my house.

Sounds great Brandon. Great weekend and I don't know about you, but I'm loving the heat right now.
