That's sweet! A buddy of mine has his FFL and has a bunch of RRAs in .223. He keeps bugging me to buy one and I probably will after taxes come back. It's hell owning businesses. Always takes longer than you want for the CPA to get stuff done.

Caleb, it's a great job. I'm not a big ticket writer. I dig into a lot of the criminal investigative stuff. I just love to investigate. Been doing this for a pretty good while now and wouldn't change a thing. Unless I could get my hands on some of the buttholes in this job that make it so hard for the rest of us that aren't the bad ones.

Well, the wife owns two businesses. One is DME - medical equipment like oxygen, hospital beds, etc. The other is a sleep lab where they test for sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. Great business but Medicare has gradually cut what they will pay for equipment and services. Now, it takes two to three patients and twice the equipment it used to just to make any little amount of profit. It's going well though...there's a roof over our heads and food in the fridge.

That one has 2 clips, so I believe 44+1. The stock clip depending on your location is 22.

Brandon....I dont mind the heat one bit. But when Im literally in it from 8am til 945pm it stinks. I got maybe 1.5 hrs out from the heat and that was just because I was in my truck driving to different locations! I love this weather, especially since its a dry heat right now, but dont like being out in it the entire day.

Yeah, two businesses can be daunting. I work twelve hour swingshifts and we rotate every two weeks. Then, in my off time, I'm delivering equipment, etc. No biggie though...at least we both have jobs. How's business been for you, aside from that sweet deal on the VW?

LOL...Enjoy it while you're young. Of course, the sooner you get started in it, the younger you can retire.

Congrats Jake and Nick on developing to fine young men.

It was a busy weekend for me. Friday I catered a Jr. ROTC banquet for the local high school, and I had to cut 165 Ribeyes and marinate 85 chix brsts. wrapped and cooked 250 baked taters, loaded up the big grill and cooked all the meat on site. After clean up, I got home and was beat. Saturday consisted of Cheer tryouts at the highschool for my oldest daughter, had to have her there by 8am for warm ups. She made the squad, and starts 5 a week work outs Monday that will last all summer, along with a few week long cheer camps thrown in. Got up this morning and did some office work, and then went out and cut the grass. I had a Softball practice this afternoon for my other daughters team, and those girls tried to kill coach Brandon today. We have three games this week, Monday, tuesday, and thursday, and its not even playoffs yet. we've got to pack next weekend for our trip to Sandestin Resort, and my yearly trade show. Spring and Summer are very busy around my house.
I was wonderin what is Millbrook close to?
