Dolly Parton needs to:

1: Go retire
2: Lay off the plastic surgery.
3: Cover up a little!!!

She's 70 years old and she's got em hanging out like she's 25! It's gross!

Now if it was Lisa on the other hand...

Except Lisa doesn't need the plastic surgery.
