Yea, pretty much, Brent. She isnt looking forward to work in the morning and I dont blame her. Im going to be at Home Depot tomorrow for a lil while and told her to let me know if she needed anything since she works 2 minutes from there.
Supposed to be 92* tomorrow so I will be staying in the barn most of the day until I get better acclimated to the heat. Switches for my 650 dash should be in soon so Ill prewire a few connectors and such. Might drain and flush coolant and put the ELC in sometime this week...gotta work up my confidence...lol
Little better than 94* I was in all day Saturday. I think I drank multiple GALLONS of water and didnt take a leak all day. Started getting the chills...sat down and drank more water for bout 30 minutes and I was fine. That was brutal...
ouch, no kidding. I get a tiny little headache first then all of the sudden it's like someone hit me with a ton of bricks when I overheat. I'm done at that point, I cant drive, I have to find the nearest shade and lay down for a few hours and drink lots of water. I hate it, just cant take heat. I do better in Eastern Washington, it's a much drier climate, but here, forget it. Much over 80-85 and I'm done for. I know most of you are laughing but remember, I'm born and raised here, never been exposed to much more heat than this....
Well, it topped out at 90 here today. It was great though. Light breeze and not a cloud in the sky. It's supposed to hover around 70-80 for the daytime high this week and Wed., it's supposed to be about 64. I'm just glad to see the possibility of more snow dwindling.
Had the exact same gun Caleb, it was super accurate and really fun to shoot. Ended up checkering the stock and selling it to a good friend. Wish I would have kept it, but oh well. I'm on to a little higher power now, lol.
Yeah I was suprised. Iv been firing a 40 some odd year old revolver that has accuraccy issues and im not exactly an expert myself but I stood about 50 feet from a can and gavv er hell and I was suprised how accurate it was. It's like I wasnt even linin' the sights up. I just threw up the front sight on my target and hit it almost everytime.
