I've scored a trailer after lots of deliberation, hunting & frustration.. a friggin' monster. 26 foot v-nose. Now comes the actual packing part of everything, and of course this weekend is F R I G I D and snowing. Plus I need to take it up to Wyoming to get titled, tags, etc. Hopefully I'll get the Adrenaline installed by Tuesday (morning) and then I can feel what it's like to tow with it. I've already pulled the 26' LandShark 250 miles, so the 200 mile roundtrip should give me a decent comparison.
I just watched (this weekend) Religulous & Slumdog Millionaire. GREAT movies!! Well, the first one may not appeal to very religious folk, to be fair, but Slumdog was awesome. OH YEAH. Last week I saw Monsters vs. Aliens at the IMAX 3D... OH MY!!! the 3D was STUNNING!!! $14 ticket but the effects of the glasses was just amazing. 2D it would be OK, but the 3D makes it over the top!
Dammit I got to go back to school tomorrow. UGH!!!!!!!!!
Oh well. No school Friday so it's alright.
Then I have the whole week after that off. And then the Friday the week after I have a half day.
Woohoo!
On Friday I've got to get to Trailer Depot to pick up a pintle hitch, truck side 7 way round connector, and Tekonsha Prodigy P3 brake controller.
Seems like I do nothing but spend money on a truck I can't even drive yet! Well... not legally at least. It may have gotten out into one of the back fields and done some donuts.
Edit: Way to go on finding a trailer, Brendan! I bet you're excited about that. If you don't mind my asking how much did a trailer like that set you back?
