And sorry for the blur on the second picture. I just noticed it.
My hands were black after the first rubbing compound application and slightly less black after the second. I can actually see myself in the hood paint now versus it being completely oxidized before to where you couldn't get any sort of reflection out of it.

It is...but thats if everything falls into place. Its based on what we collect. So people not paying rent DIRECTLY affect my pay. Its good for him and CAN be good for me if things work right. Im still doing the mortgage inspections (21 today) and the moon bounce thing too!
Oh yea, this includes Petersburg so it will be a definite challenge!
BTW...how many people do I need to "spread it around" to before I can rep people?! I swear Ive been in jail for like 2 months...

Um yeah, tower is what I meant. I am retarded right now - tired.
They planned on replacing my screen with a flatpanel adjustable..but I don't think they realize how outdated their PCs are. They are going to buy me CS4 too...and it just will not load on that computer. So anyways.

Dunno I keep trying to rep people too and I have been getting the same thing.

I did notice that there is a bit of rust forming where the bottom of the spare tire sits on the back. Probably from salt getting stuck up in there during winter.

Lisa, congrats, and it sounds like you may have found a good fit at that job. One questionthough, Who's the bald egghead in the pic behind the sign? Employee of the month? If so I bet you have your pic on that wall in a short amount of time.
Tristan, 1st and the 11th, If they dont pay on the first, kick them out by the 11th and dont cut them any slack. My aunt used to own 25 houses in North B'ham, and I was her collection agent from time to time. most of her stuff was low income section 8, so alot of the rent was paid directly to her from the HUD, but there were some that I had to go and "talk" to every month.
